Our "Be Happy" Policy

Mallory's Candles has been crafted since 2010 and we take great pride in each and every candle.

If you ever unhappy with your Mallory's Candle product at any time for any reason, please contact me at michael@malloryscandles.com. 

You will have the option of replacement, exchange, credit or refund for the items which are not meeting your expectation.

All carrier costs including original shipping charges and shipping charges incurred for any returns or exchanges are not refundable.

There is no restocking fee.

To initiate a return, please send an email to michael@malloryscandles.com with a list of the items that you want to return and the reason you are not satisfied with the product.    Detailed instructions for the return will be provided with 24 hours.

Allow up to one week upon return of goods for funds to be credited to your original method of payment (minus any original shipping costs) or an exchange made.
